Powers & Company signs two leases totaling 1,887 s/f

Haverhill, MA Powers & Company has leased two out of the three newly restored street level retail spaces at 41 Washington St. in downtown.  Battle Grounds Coffee  is now open in 1,437 s/f  and Modern Furniture has opened in 450 s/f.

The four-story building, originally a shoe factory,  has been recently restored by the Traggorth Company into  first floor retail with high tin ceilings and historic details. 18 apartments are located in the three levels above.   The building is adjacent to a large public parking lot, as well as street parking and walking distance to the Haverhill MBTA stop. One remaining space of 1,437 sf is available.
