President's message: A great time for New England CCIMs

The Red Sox have won the 2007 World Series… that felt good. The Patriots are off to their best start in franchise history. The Celts are off to their best start since Larry Legend led the old big three down on Causeway St. Even the New England Revolution are playing well. It all boils down to being a great time in the Northeast, and while we may not have the rings, the CCIM pin feels pretty good as well. With all of this success in the area it is hard to compete but I am really looking forward to 2008 and the opportunities we have as the New England Chapter of CCIM. Before we look ahead to next year we have to ring in the best of2007 at our annual Holiday Party. This year we will hold the dinner again atop the BC Club looking out across the city. Members, guests and interested parties are welcome to join by emailing newenglandccim@verizon.net or visiting our website at www.newenglandccim.com to confirm your reservation. Theonly caveat is that you must bring one non-violent toy for the Marines Toys for Tots program. We look forward to seeing you there. After we cap off a successful holiday party we have an enormous calendar ahead of us a brief snapshot includes: -Environmental Site Assessments on January 17th in Woburn -Spreadsheet Review on February 7th in Woburn -Market Update on March 6th in Woburn -CI Intro on March 17th & 18th in Boston -F1 Challenge on April 3rd in Braintree And that is just what we have before tax day! The majority of our events are open to all CCIMs, their guests and anyone who is interested in the program, with Chapter Members getting savings to each and every event.
