Press and Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services arrange 20,000 s/f sale
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has finalized the sale of 2285 Whitney Ave., a 20,000 s/f multi-tenant retail/office complex set on 1.22 acres. The property is located in the town’s Central Business District, at a light across from the on/off ramp of the parkway.
The property was listed by Joel Nesson, senior advisor at Press/Cuozzo. Press represented the buyer.
The transaction closed at an undisclosed amount on December 23.
Press has been appointed exclusive marketing broker for the repositioning of the property, which will include a new façade and updated landscaping. Retail/office units will be available from 1,000 s/f to the entire building. The owner also would consider a long-term ground lease.
