Press/Cuozzo Realtors completes 7,460 s/f lease renewal in Hamden
According to Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, the firm has renewed the lease of 7,460 s/f at 940 Sherman Ave. The tenant, WOOF, Inc., operates "The Barking Lot" that offers doggie daycare, overnight sleepovers and training.
Stephen Press, SIOR represented the tenant and Joel Nesson, MBA represented the owner, WTE 940 Whitney, LLC.
