Press|Cuozzo Realtors mediate 2,500 s/f lease for MES retailer

Branford, CT Stephen Press, SIOR and Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo Realtors have arranged the leasing of 2,500 s/f at 847 W. Main St.

Mountain Expedition Supply, LLC (‘MES’), is a new outdoor equipment retailer opening in March 2024 and taking an innovative approach to helping the local outdoor enthusiast community enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping and more by offering premium services and products.

The store will offer curated outdoor apparel and gear for rent and/or purchase alongside services that include custom outfitting, equipment servicing and repair, concierge trip planning, and exclusive delivery services.

‘MES’ will be located at 847 W. Main St. and is looking forward to welcoming snow, hiking, and camping enthusiasts this spring, hosting demos, and becoming a partner to the local community.
