The Boulos Company arranges 1,867 s/f lease for new Buffalo Wild Wings GO concept
Portland, ME Maine Wings ToGo, LLC, operating as Buffalo Wild Wings, is opening its first Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Maine. This new addition to Millcreek Plaza, at 180 Waterman Dr., marks an expansion for the brand within the state. Buffalo Wild Wings GO leased the 1,867 s/f retail space from Finard Properties, LLC. The Boulos Company’s’ Jessica Estes and Claire Richardson represented the landlord and Derek Miller represented the tenant.
Buffalo Wild Wings GO is focused on takeout and delivery. It’s designed to cater to the modern-day consumer’s desire for speed, convenience and quality. This location offers the full spectrum of Buffalo Wild Wings’ chicken wings and its 26 signature sauces and seasoning options, in addition to other customer favorites.
The GO location will feature a walk-up counter, digital menu boards and limited seating. The menu includes traditional and boneless wings, hand-breaded tenders, chicken sandwiches, burgers, sides, and all of Buffalo Wild Wings’ renowned sauces and dry rubs.
The new location will create 25 full-time and part-time jobs in the community. It will be locally owned and operated by the same franchisees who manage the Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar on Western Ave. ensuring a commitment to local growth and familiar quality.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
