Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services brokered 84 Washington's purchase of the property at 84 Washington Ave., a .43 acre site with a two-story commercial building.
The seller, John Henry's Copying and Printing, was represented by Harold Kent of Levey Miller Maretz, while Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo, represented the buyer.
The transaction closed with a sale value of $699,000.
