Press|Cuozzo sells 3 buildings
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Realtors sold a three-building mixed-use complex at 2856 Whitney Ave. Anchored by Key Bank, the sale included one residential unit, a retail building, and a single-family home on 1.3-acres.
The transaction closed on August 12th, 2022.
Located in the Mt. Carmel section of town, the location offers access to Rte. 10 connector on/off ramp and Parkway.
The seller, The William K. English Family Trust, were the long-term owners who developed all of the buildings on the site. Other than the single family home the property was 100% leased at the time of sale. The buyer was MFT Reals Estate, LLC. The sale price was not disclosed.
