Wickey of SCRE represents Gault Family Cos. in three leases - 7,980 s/f
Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Gault Family Companies in three leases. In Connecticut, Penny Wickey was the sole broker in leasing 4,500 s/f to an investment company at 13 Riverside Ave. and 1,300 s/f at 18 Kings Hwy. North to Cereset.
In representing Gault’s Southbrooke Medical Suites in Naples, Wickey secured Michigan-based HealthQuest Physical Therapy for 2,180 s/f at Building 200. SCRE was the sole broker.
