Press|Cuzzo Realtors and Kelsey & Co. Real Estate co-broker sale of 2,000 s/f to P & M Fine Foods for $675,000

3285 Whitney Avenue - Hamden, CT

Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Realtors represented the buyers of 3285 Whitney Ave., Pino and Bruno Ciccone, the operators of P & M Fine Foods in Branford and New Haven.

The property consists of a 2,000 s/f restaurant facility on .78 acres. The transaction closed on March 1st at $675,000, including all FF& E.

The seller, Vincenzo Buontempo, was represented by the listing broker, Kelsey Oddo of Kelsey & Company Real Estate.

The new business will be called P & M Fine Foods on Whitney and should be open mid-April.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
