Press of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services brokers 1,700 s/f lease
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services signed a long-term lease at 2518 Whitney Ave., a newer 20,000 s/f mixed-use building with ground level retail and office and residential units above. SimiTree Acquisition, LLC leased a 1,700 s/f office suite.
Press represented the landlord 2518 Whitney Avenue, LLC and procured the tenant.
