Stephen Press, SIOR, has reported the recent sale of 986 Dixwell Ave. This 4,700 s/f commercial/retail building features 12' ceilings, showroom areas, a 4,700 s/f lower level and a corner location.
The property closed at $385,000. Press represented the sellers, TDR Realty, LLC, and Irfan Ahmed of Sette Real Estate represented the buyer, 986 Dixwell Holding Company, LLC.
