Hamden, CT According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, marketing representative for 335 Putnam Ave., a 46,600 s/f former AT&T Call Center on 3.47 acres, a lease has been signed for the property.
Press represented the building ownership, 335 Putnam Avenue, LLC and procured the tenant, Love Center Deliverance Ministry, on this long-term lease.
