Press|Cuozzo inks 1,673 s/f lease to Women’s Health Connecticut Cheshire

Cheshire, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has facilitated the lease of 1,673 s/f of modern office/medical space at 680 S Main St., to Women’s Health Connecticut, a provider of obstetrical and gynecological care across the region. Mark Foreman of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services, was the sole broker in the long-term lease transaction.

Women’s Health Connecticut’s new location marks a strategic expansion into the Cheshire/Waterbury corridor, supporting the organization’s continued growth and commitment to accessible, high-quality women’s healthcare. The newly leased space offers a modern, efficient layout well suited for medical office operations and patient care.
