Vidal Wettenstein arranges sale of 1410 Stratford Ave. to Silver Hill Landscaping

Stratford, CT Another industrial transaction for Vidal Wettenstein LLC occurred at 1410 Stratford Ave. The previous owner, Streamline Roofing, operated at this location for many years. As of August 21, 2026, Edison Torres, owner of Silver Hill Landscaping, purchased the property to operate his business. The property was on the market for a very short time, and with limited inventory, competition was intense.

“This is becoming more common in the industrial sector where there is a lot of competition and purchasers are going over asking price to obtain a high-quality operational building,” said Silvester Garza of Vidal Wettenstein, the real estate broker who represented the purchaser, Silver Hill Landscaping. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR represented Streamline Roofing, and Vidal Wettenstein LLC was the sole brokerage of the transaction.
