According to Pro Con Inc, four additional members of the company have achieved the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Professional Accreditation, a national benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green building practices and principles, and as well as LEED requirements, resources, and processes.

Pro Con Inc's new LEED professionals are: Nick Isaak, AIA, senior project architect, in the architectural division; Braden Hunter, draftsperson in the architectural division; Michael Davey, project manager in the construction operations division and Rick Davies, senior project estimator in the pre-construction services division.

"We are very pleased that so many of our employees are becoming LEED accredited professionals and demonstrating a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources and processes," said James Loft, AIA, senior vice president of Pro Con Inc. "Green building design is becoming increasingly important component of both design and construction and having LEED expertise on staff strengthens the services we provide to our clients."

The LEED Green Building Rating System is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.  LEED provides building owners and operators with the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance.
The LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to live and work.
