Milford, NH Hitchiner, in partnership with PROCON’s integrated design and construction team, has officially broken ground on a new 57,000 s/f shared services operations facility at its Elm St. campus. This building will house value-added services used across Hitchiner’s various business units, representing a milestone in the company’s ongoing investment in its customers, employees, and the broader community.
Local officials, community members, and representatives from both Hitchiner and PROCON gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for the expansion. Once completed, the new facility will not only enhance the services offered to Hitchiner’s customers but also create new job opportunities and foster professional growth for existing employees. This facility underscores Hitchiner’s commitment to reinvesting in its operations and contributing to the economic vitality of the local area.
The new building will complete Hitchiner’s Elm St. campus, encompassing the entire value stream for fully finished investment casting-based aerospace components, including blades, vanes, and combustor panels. This streamlined operation is designed to boost production efficiency and support Hitchiner’s growing aerospace division.
