If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? This is the profession I chose. Allows me to do something meaningful with my life's work. I started in this industry 10 years ago, coming from high tech R&D, working in silicon valley. Returned to Attleboro/Rehoboth area to start this business to help homes and businesses adopt renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Now I have started and run US SolarWorks, an offshoot of my previous business, US Technology Works, which I transferred here from Silicon Valley. We have developed numerous commercial and municipal solar installations in the region, helping our clients to offset their electricity usage. This helps the environment, but is also a very economically advantageous way to manage long term energy production. It allows our clients to produce their own electricity, and have a long term set operating cost.Pete
