With the help of lots of loyal employees, became the largest weekly commercial real estate trade newspaper in the country. Founded New York Real Estate Journal 1989. Launched NEREJ website, the first commercial real estate website in the country in 1995.
Hobbies: Writing mystery novels.

Key to success: Give first and receive second. Help those who need it and it will come back ten-fold. And always look for the good in a person. It is usually there somewhere if you are willing to seek (you shall find).
