What does your firm do and any plans for the future? Construction Resources creates development opportunities as well as providing CM services across the Northeast. Our services encompass new construction, historical restoration, additions and renovations for a wide range of businesses including healthcare, education, religious institutions, commercial, office and industrial.
Keys to success: Honesty & delivering on my word. Being a “connector” and creating opportunities by aligning all the players. When the footings start going in the ground I love proving to my contemporaries the opportunity works and knowing my clients enjoy working with me is a bonus.
Do you have a mentor? I have been blessed to be profoundly influenced by several peoples’ business savvy over my 40 years in the industry. I learn every day from my interactions with professionals, both what works and what doesn’t.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? To have assisted in growing Construction Resources current client base and closer to the joy of retirement where I look forward to spend more time on my love of music.
If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? Music Production, I currently own and operate Cabinfever Productions Recording Studios. Music has always been my passion and my therapy.
