Project Management Roundtable - Oct. 3

September 18, 2007 - Construction Design & Engineering
The success of construction projects today depends largely on the effectiveness of the project managers who oversee day to day operations. It's a big responsibility, yet one that often comes without a lot of formal training or experience. For many, it's a "learn as you go" experience, and the best advice comes from others who are in the same position, facing the same challenges. With that in mind, ASM is hosting our first-ever "Project Managers Roundtable" on October 3, to give project managers a place to meet to discuss the jobsite issues that challenge them most - relating to people, software, scheduling, changes, logistics and more - and share tips on how best to deal with them.
The Roundtable takes place 8:00-10:00 a.m. at the Westin Hotel, Waltham.
