Project of the Month: Dellbrook|JKS completes The Newbury of Brookline, a 159-unit luxury senior living facility in Fisher Hill

Brookline, MA On the former grounds of Newbury College, Dellbrook|JKS has finished constructing The Newbury of Brookline, a luxury senior living community. The development, located in Fisher Hill, provides 159 apartments residences, with a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care suites. The Newbury at Brookline will be managed by Kisco Senior Living.

Two buildings comprise the high-end campus: a new six-story, 189,000 s/f main building, complemented by the adaptive reuse of a historic 20,000 s/f counterpart, the Mitton House. After the meticulous restoration of this 1890s building, once a private residential mansion, The Mitton House now holds six of the development’s independent living apartments, residences, and common areas that boast a combination of upscale modern and preserved antique finishes. Residents who choose to make their home within the Mitton House have the opportunity to live in a space that echoes a remarkable history and a symbol of the area’s rich cultural past.

The Newbury of Brookline, a Kisco Signature Community, is designed to provide its community members with life-enriching programs, a 24/7 concierge team, and a wide range of elevated amenities.
