Peterborough, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 14 Grove St. to 14 Grove Street, LLC. Mark Prolman, owner/broker at Prolman Realty, said, “The 11,782 s/f brick building, built in 1840, was owned and occupied by Fernald, Taft, Falby & Little since 1961 until recently.” 

The intended use of the building will be commercial space on the first floor and lower level with apartments on the upper floors. The seller, FTFL Realty Company was represented by Prolman Realty. 

According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $680,000.
