Prolman Realty sells 10,000 s/f for $525,000

 

 

 

Milford, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 52-54 Nashua St. to KSH Realty, LLC for $525,000.  According to Lisa Ferrari and Mark Prolman who represented the seller, CHERB, LLC the property was originally the corporate headquarters of Souhegan National Bank and most recently McBriarty Insurance. 

The overall building area is 10,000 s/f with a full basement and will be redeveloped by the new owner to preserve the historic character of the building and further enhance the vitality of the downtown Milford Oval.
