Proto Group completed $750,000 in sales and 15,295 s/f in leases

North Haven, CT The Proto Group has completed $750,000 in sales and 15,295 s/f in leases that include the following: 

• NPL Construction Co. has relocated its Woodbridge, Conn. location to 9,600 s/f of space at 131 Bradley Rd. with 6,400 s/f of office, 3,200 s/f of warehouse and outside storage. The seven-year lease has a value of $589,000. The Proto Group represented the landlord, DBL Realty Associates and the tenant was represented by Brad Soules of Newmark Knight Frank from Stamford. 

• Viola Kelleher has sold the original Tommy K’s Video location at 1636 Dixwell Ave. in Hamden, Conn. The buyer was Ankit Patel. The purchase price was $300,000. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction. 

• Yale University has signed a five-year lease for 5,695 s/f on the seventh floor of One Church St. in New Haven. The landlord is Church Street Property LLC. The Proto Group was the only broker involved in the transaction. 

• Reeds Gap Rental Company LLC has purchased the 3,554 s/f former Wells Fargo Bank branch from Wells Fargo Bank NA. The buyer is a local investor who will modify the building for a new tenant. The purchase price was $450,000. The Proto Group was the sole broker.
