Public Forum at NESEA's Building Energy 2009

November 19, 2008 - Green Buildings
Each year at the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association's Building Energy Conference and Trade Show, the public is invited to a free public forum focusing on a timely topic related to renewable energy and green buildings. The title of the public forum during Building Energy 2009 (BE09) is "Do LEED Certified Buildings Really Use More Energy Than Regular Buildings?"
This debate, featuring Henry Gifford and other national leaders in the field of energy efficiency, will be held on Tuesday, March 10th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Boston's Seaport World Trade Center Amphitheater.  This important discussion will focus on the efficacy of the LEED rating system in promoting the development of buildings that use less energy than regular buildings.
