Quinlan, Doyle and Sciolla of Cresa Boston represents Fred C. Church Insurance in 34,950 s/f

Matt Quinlan, Joe Doyle, and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston represented Fred C. Church Insurance, a regional insurance agency that offers insurance and risk management services to families, businesses and non-profit organizations, in a 34,950 s/f office lease renewal at 41 Wellman St., a class A building. The company will continue to occupy the second floor and part of the first floor in the four-floor, 103,764 s/f building in Connector Park. The landlord, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, was represented by Jason Levendusky of CBRE New England. "We are delighted to have renewed our headquarters' location in Lowell," said Rob Schieni, CFO of Fred C. Church Insurance. "As we approach our 150th year, we are doing business all over the country, but our roots are here in Lowell." Cresa LLC, one of the nation's largest corporate real estate advisory firms exclusively representing tenants, is headquartered in Boston.
