Quinn of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. brokers 7,500 s/f lease to Fallon Ambulance Service

Garrett Quinn of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. recently represented Fallon Ambulance Service in a new lease for 7,500 s/f at 250 Eliot St. "The central location at 250 Eliot St., just off of Rte. 126 is ideal for Fallon Ambulance in serving new and current contracts throughout Metrowest," said Quinn. Quinn represented both Fallon Ambulance and the building owner, Ledgemere LLC. 250 Eliot is located within Ledgemere Park, a 245,000 s/f office park that is centrally located off Rte. 126. The park is in the middle of an influx of routes creating a middle access point to all target demographics. Routes within a 5-mile radius of the park include 30, 135, 9, 16 and Mass Pike. "There has been a tremendous amount of activity in this park as tenants are seeking the quality rates, access to MetroWest and access to the amenities nearby. We have leased over 20,000 s/f just in the last 3 months," said Quinn. "We are still seeking more tenants specifically office or high tech. We have the perfect opportunity for start-up companies looking for "think tank" type of space."
