Peter Quinn of Quinn Associates recently negotiated the sale of 31 West St. on behalf of the seller 31 West Street Trust. Quinn also represented the buyer Trans Atlantic Enterprises, LLC.
The 10,400 s/f office building is situated on over 1 acre of land and located off Rtes. 24 and 139. The property sold for $850,000.
Quinn has rented portions of the building and has units of office space available for lease. The new buyer plans to occupy a portion of the building later this year and is looking forward to relocating from downtown Boston.
