R. Calabrese Agency and Matthews Comm'l. Props. broker $635,000 sale
Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, LLC recently completed the sale of 66 Mattatuck Heights. The 23,301 s/f building located on 3.53 acres was sold to Carmino Maria Lucia, LLC for $635,000. The seller was the Estate of Domenic Temporale. The purchaser plans to occupy 16,000 s/f of the building to operate its limousine company, Gateway Limousine, while the remaining 10,000 s/f will continue being occupied and leased by the seller.
Calabrese represented the seller in the transaction and Matthews represented the purchaser.
