Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo brokers 2,250 s/f lease at 9 Business Park Drive
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker Ted Schaffer has completed a lease for 2,250 s/f at 9 Business Park Dr. Phytoceutica has moved its executive and administrative offices to this conveniently located office facility at the Branford Business Park at Exit 56 off I-95.
Ted Schaffer represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. The property is owned by The Bernabucci Real Estate Company of Branford.
