R. Calabrese Agency sells 36,000 s/f for $730,000
Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently closed on 55 Fulkerson Dr., a 36,000 s/f single-story industrial building situated on 5 acres in the city's North End. The property had been vacant for almost 10 years, after being leased to various manufacturing and warehouse tenants throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
The property was purchased by Renewable Heat Products, LLC in September for $730,000 from T. Sendzimir, Inc.
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the seller, and the buyer was represented by Sean McDonald of Cushman & Wakefield. Attorney Joseph Yamin represented the seller.
