R.J. Finlay & Co. acquires 112,000 s/f Indian Head Plaza for $4.3 million: brokered by Cushman & Wakefield of N.H.; located at 30 Temple St., Nashua, N.H.

R.J. Finlay & Co. has added 112,000 s/f Indian Head Plaza to its portfolio of investment properties. R.J. Finlay & Co. acquired the site on June 1 for $4.3 million after the building's largest tenant chose to consolidate nearly 40,000 s/f of its operations to owned facilities. The sale was brokered by the N.H. office of Cushman & Wakefield. Developed in 1983 as the corporate headquarters for Indian Head Bank, Indian Head Plaza, located at 30 Temple St., is a seven story building that houses AT&T, Verizon, Lockheed Federal Credit Union, and ASG Software Solutions. R.J. Finlay & Co. will now work to lease the remaining commercial space. It will also look to play an active role in the downtown business community, not only bringing new life to the building, but working closely with local officials and neighbors to help revitalize that part of the city. "Indian Head Plaza represents one of the most important real estate opportunities to come along in quite some time - a setting with truly regional implications for commerce in New Hampshire and Massachusetts," said Robert Finlay, CEO. "We are excited to be part of a project we know will create additional draw for an already remarkable downtown and provide substantial, measurable benefit to residents and business owners for many years to come." Indian Head Plaza joins Hampton's One Liberty Ln. and Bedford's 166 S. River Rd., the former headquarters of AAA Northern New England, as the latest property R.J. Finlay has acquired and will offer class A office space. With access via four exits off of Rte. 3/F.E. Everett Tpke. the building features a three-story atrium lobby, interior finishes of oak, brick and glass, telecommunications infrastructure, and an on-site structured garage and parking lot. R.J. Finlay & Co. is a New Hampshire-based holding company of diverse businesses and investments with a central focus on real estate. For more information, please visit www.rjfinlayco.com.
