R & R Fifteen Main, LLC has purchased the Coastal Business Park at 15 Main St. from Calico Commercial Properties, Inc. for $600,000. The park, on the N.H. and Mass. border, is sited on 1 acres and has 15,000 s/f of office and retail space. Christian Stallkamp of The Kane Co. listed the property and procured the buyer.
The new owners intend to make building and site improvements and will continue to market the space.
