R. W. Holmes and CBRE lease 75,000 s/f at Forest Ridge Park
According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., American Power Conversion (APC) has extended its lease for 75,000 s/f at Forest Ridge Park, 85 Rangeway Rd. APC is leasing all of building two and one-half of building three.
In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit, which includes the APC and MGE UPS Systems brands. The CPCS Business Unit reported revenue of $3.5 billion in 2007 and employs 12,000 people worldwide.
