R.W. Holmes and DTZ FHO renew 23,000 s/f to Si-Cal
According to R.W. Holmes Realty, Si-Cal has renewed thier lease of 23,000 s/f at 11 Walkup Dr. Si-Cal will continue to occupy the entire building. Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes represented the owner and Eric Foster of DTZ FHO Partners represented Si-Cal.
Si-Cal is a manufacturer of high quality heat transfer decals for decorating and enhancing a wide range of products.
