R.W. Holmes negotiates Boston Dynamics’ lease extension at Waltham Research Park

Waltham, MA R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, has negotiated a 24,000 s/f lease extension at Waltham Research Park.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction. Matt Siciliano, executive vice president at Colliers represented Boston Dynamics in the lease extension.

Boston Dynamics is a global leader in developing and deploying highly mobile robots capable of tackling the toughest robotics challenges.

Waltham Research Park is a 240,000 s/f lab/GMP Park located off Rte. 128/I-95. Corporate neighbors include Sanofi, Mass General, and QinetiQ US.

Amadei said, “This lease extension reaffirms Waltham Research Park’s status as a prime location for pioneering organizations like Boston Dynamics. We are thrilled to have played a part in providing the right environment for their continued innovation and success.”
