Ragucci named vp of PB

Vincent Ragucci, III has been named a vice president of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB). In his new position as strategic pursuit manager—power and water, Ragucci will provide guidance to PB offices regarding state and local government affairs. Ragucci has over 25 years of experience within the infrastructure industry, working in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining PB, he served as director of state and local government affairs in the Boston office of a major engineering consulting company. He previously served as the senior director of corporate communications with an energy development and water supply company in Haverhill, Mass. and was the community and government relations manager at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. Ragucci is currently a member of the board of directors of Energy New England and previously served as a member of the Board of Assessors for the city of Everett, Mass.as well as having served 5 terms as an Everett city councilor. His professional affiliations include the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Conference of Mayors Business Council, National League of Cities, Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Integrated Waste Services Association, and Electric Power Supply Association. He holds a B.S. degree in business management from Merrimack College.
