REAG reps. M2C1 LLC in acquisition of 40,000 s/f industrial property

Manchester, CT Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) represented M2C1 LLC in the acquisition of 1404-1414 Tolland Tpke. for an undisclosed amount. The property consists of three acres and 40,000 s/f of industrial space. Currently 16,000 s/f is leased to Wise Foods. Dan Rosow, Teo Rotaru and Belinda Sadiku of REAG are working with three tenants and the landlord’s architect, who will lease the remainder of the 25,000 s/f. 

They had originally negotiated a contract for this property almost 4 years ago, and due to environmental and partnership complexities the project never came together at that time. REAG worked to solve these issues and we’re excited to close this transaction.
