They join the firm’s six existing principals in ensuring the company fulfills its mission to enrich lives and communities by unlocking the power of real estate, while championing initiatives that maintain organizational health.

“As we embark on our 15th year and plan for the next 15 years and beyond, Peter, Kristi, Alex, and Laura are certainly at the center – they are each instrumental in propelling our mission forward, driving value for our clients, and embodying our core values that are built on leadership, connection, and humility,” said Kyle Warwick, a founding principal at Redgate. “As principals, we are equally invested in the growth of our people as we are the company – Peter, Kristi, Alex, and Laura each fully understand how the two must complement each other as we continue to grow and position ourselves for the future. On behalf of Redgate, we have the upmost of confidence that they will lead us into the next chapter with enthusiasm, critical thought, and excellence.”

DeLuca joined Redgate in 2012, most recently serving as executive vice president and investor services co-lead. As principal, DeLuca will apply his more than 20 years of experience in real estate and construction management to spearhead Redgate’s project management and advisory work on behalf of real estate investors and developers across the East Coast, particularly in Redgate’s key markets: New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Raleigh. Throughout his career, DeLuca has served as a strategic partner to various pioneering companies to develop world-class residential buildings, office environments, and internationally recognized innovation hubs, such as Kendall Sq. in Cambridge, MA, considered the most innovative square mile on the planet, and Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, a community of more than 400 companies that spans 7,000 acres. DeLuca excels at building high performing teams that thrive off solving complex challenges.

Drawing on more than 24 years’ experience, she will continue to lead the firm’s real estate advisory and project management assignments for higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, non-profit, and public sector clients. As principal, Dowd will focus on driving growth across Redgate’s three regional offices. She will continue to be a strategic advisor to mission-driven organizations in developing real estate plans aligned to vision, programmatic goals, asset use optimization, and financial parameters. With over 20 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary projects, coupled with his background in engineering and physics, Dubanowitz brings unique perspective that ensures seamless integration across teams, thorough tactical delivery, and positive end-user experiences. As principal, he will continue to oversee project and budget development, design and construction, and stakeholder management and outreach for a variety of Redgate’s advisory clients. His work is evidenced within law firms, technology companies, hotels, medical office buildings, financial institutions and their retail establishments, and at nonprofit centers with recreational components.
