Derry, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., completed the sale of the 7,662 s/f condo at 22 Manchester Rd. from Flying Crushers LLC of Manchester to Katerina Kubec.

Reed represented the seller, and Doug Martin of KW Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $529,000.
