Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers three leases totaling 17,084 s/f

According to Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., the firm has completed the lease of 2,642 s/f of office space located on second floor at 28 Jones Rd., to Technical Graphics, Inc. Reed represented Technical Graphics, Inc. and assisted the landlord, People's United Bank of Bridgeport, Conn. Technical Graphics will be using this space for executive offices pending the fit up of their new location off Rte. 101A in Nashua, N.H. According to Reed, Stebbins Commercial completed a lease of 2,642 s/f of office space located on second floor at 28 Jones Rd. to Berwick Offray LLC of 2015 West Front St., Berwick, Pa. Michelle Lang of Masiello Real Estate represented Berwick Offray LLC and Reed assisted the landlord, People's United Bank. Berwick Offray will be using this space for sales and marketing. According to Reed, a lease of 11,800 s/f at 1359 Daniel Webster Hwy. North in Hooksett, N.H. to UTZ Quality Foods, Inc. Reed represented Stebbins Associates and assisted the tenant, UTZ Quality Foods, Inc.
