Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represents Whitaker Real Estate in sale of 2,800 s/f building; Porta of CBRE Boulos assists

According to the Fishman Realty Group, it has brokered the sale of a 2,800 s/f office/retail building. Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented Whitaker Real Estate Investors, Inc., in the sale of their office/retail building located at 536 Riverside St. This site has been a location for Wintergreen Solariums for 12 years. Wintergreen Solariums is relocating to an existing location just down the street at 470 Riverside St. Joseph Porta of CBRE Boulos, represented the purchaser, Topline Marketing. Topline Marketing is a marketing firm that represents select organic food lines and natural body care products.
