Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completes 10,000 s/f educational lease

Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the lease of 10,000 s/f of educational space located on first floor at 1230 Elm St. to Julianne Cooper PHD of Liberty Harbor Academy. Reed represented Liberty Harbor Academy and assisted the landlord, Airtight, LLC c/o Brady Sullivan Properties. Liberty Harbor Academy is a hybrid educational institution of higher learning scheduled to open September. Also Reed handled the lease of 3,200 s/f of office space located on the third floor at 149 Hanover St. to Butenhof & Bomster PC, Attorneys at Law. Reed represented Butenhof & Bomster and assisted the landlord, Charles Rolecek of the Hanover Street Chop House. Butenhof & Bomster are in the process of relocating their 132 Middle St. home office to their new site.
