Reed of Stebbins Commercial sells 20,000 s/f industrial for $985,000

5 Lehoux Drive in Hooksett, N.H. 5 Lehoux Drive - Hooksett, N.H.

Hooksett, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group brokered the sale of 5 Lehoux Dr. from Mary Huot to Macy Industries, Inc. 

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $985,000. Macy Industries hired NAI Norwood Group in the expansion from their current location within the same industrial park. This new building will triple the size of their space and allow the firm to continue to grow, while still staying local for their customers.

Stebbins Comm’l. represented Huot, the seller.  NAI Norwood represented the buyer.
