The seller was Karma Realty Holdings LLC. The buyer, represented by Art Slattery of Phoenix Realty, was Gustavo Moral of ISN. ISN will occupy the entire 8,448 s/f building for its home office.
The buyer purchased the property for $311,306 according to the Hillsboro County Registry of Deeds.
