Reese Commercial Real Estate Services awarded two new property management assignments

Rocky Hill, CT Reese Commercial Real Estate Services was awarded two property management assignments during the first quarter.

430 New Park Avenue LLC awarded the bid to Reese Commercial for the complete property management of its 2-story, 24,000 s/f office building on the Hartford/West Hartford line. The main tenant is the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR). 

Holly Callanan, CEO of GHAR, said “We are pleased to have Dale and his team working on the transition from self-management to having a certified property manager help us to navigate building ownership and achieve our goals.”

The Terlizzi Realty Trust LLC at 516-524 Burnham St. in South Windsor hired Reese Commercial to manage this 32,000 s/f industrial complex consisting of five buildings. 

Dale Reese, CPM, CCIM and managing principal of Reese Commercial has over 25 years of property and asset management experience in the Greater Hartford market and will be the lead manager on both assignments.
