Real Estate Finance Association’s summer lineup tees up industry insight and charitable impact - Emerging Leaders Summer Panel & Reception

Boston, MA On Wednesday, July 23rd, at The Retreat, 225 Franklin St., REFA Emerging Leaders presented the sold out 2025 Summer Panel & Reception. They explored what distress really means in today’s commercial real estate market. The moderator, Elizabeth Berthelette, research director, head of Northeast & National Life Science Research, Newmark led the expert panel of speakers, Suzanne Brown, vice president, CBRE, Michael Gray, head of restructuring management, Citizens Bank, David Greaney, CEO and founder, Synergy, and David LeBlanc, executive vice president, DebtX. The dynamic panel examined the challenges and potential opportunities shaping the current landscape.

REFA hosted its 2025 Charitable Golf & Tennis Tournament on Monday, July 28th. 128 golfers and 10 tennis players gathered for an exciting afternoon at Nashawtuc Country Club that included a golf tournament, tennis tournament, putting contest, raffles, and a dinner & awards ceremony.
