Combined Properties, Inc. has signed a lease with General Insulation Company for 30,000 s/f at 378 Commercial St. General Insulation is a national distributor of commercial and industrial insulations, HVAC, fire protection products and other accessories to mechanical contractors and supply houses.
Combined also welcomed Interline Brands to 378 Commercial St. by signing a lease for 20,000 s/f. Interline is a leading direct marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products.
V.P., director of leasing, Greg Regazzini represented Combined Properties in both transactions. Both tenants were represented by Mohr Partner's Dallas office.
378 Commercial St. is a 114,920 s/f industrial center located near Boston, Cambridge and Logan International Airport.
