CTS in partnership with John Laing was selected by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) as the project leaders to design, build, operate and maintain a next-generation fare payment system to replace the Charlie Card.

“There’s a scarcity of first-class industrial space in Boston’s inner belt, so properties like 378 Commercial St. in Malden are in high demand,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties. “We continue to be a go-to source for first-class industrial space in the area.”

Scott Gredler, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office represented CTS. Regazzini represented the landlord.
